I'm becoming quite a fan of this wine producer. Estate grown, small production, really solid wine. My favorite is still their Petite Verdot but the Cab is no slouch. Dark red and black fruit with a touch of vegetation and spice - you can practically smell the smooth, silty earth. The palette backs this up with nicely refined tannins. Seriously, pick this up in Napa and it's 4-5 times the price. — 10 years ago
Intense, teeth-staining, black fruit and tannins that will rip your face off. Blinded as a New World Cab/Shiraz blend. — 10 years ago
Delicate and fresh. On palate dry and sprity. Lemon and lime zest with a touch of sweet herbs. — 10 years ago

This is a fabulous red and the best I'm NYS. For $25-30 this is a great buy. The 2009 is equally good. — 12 years ago

Bright and delicious, great with goat cheese 😛 — 7 years ago
Deep gold. Yellow squash or zucchini, flowers, savory, ginger lemon tea, hint of smoke. Medium plus acidity, medium minus sugar, medium alcohol. Once again, thought it would be a slightly oxidized Jura white. — 9 years ago
2013 and paired well with our dinner, but good all on its own. — 10 years ago
Gasoline-pear, old sock and hot stones, tropical banana, hibiscus, lemon and coconut water and salt flats greet the olfactory bulb. Very lemon, bordering pith, baked pear and dry dirt, icy acidity. — 10 years ago

Lot of maracuya and litchi aromas and very crisp acidity. Perfectly fresh for the season. Nicely paired with grouper fish over ratatouille. — 12 years ago
A great and yung Malbec from Mendoza. — 12 years ago
We had a 2015. We decanted it and let it breath for 45 minutes+. It opened up and was smooth and delicious. — 6 years ago
One of my favorite affordable but still high quality Sauvignon blanc. Fournier has great Sancerre from Loire valley and reason why this Sauvignon is good because Fournier mixes Sancerre grapes 🍇 Crispy, refreshing, melon 🍈, grassy, citrus, perfect balance of what Sauvignon should be! — 7 years ago
Pears on the nose and very grapy with a tart finish. I really like this one!

2004...why can't the vintage be detected? It's clear. Anyway, the wine is at its peak right now. Some typical heavy oak notes on the back palate, but wine is solid. — 10 years ago
