Nice and easy, typical French Sauvignon Blanc, but with a great mineral kick at the end. Thanks Alex and Garber! — 7 years ago

Nose of cherry, black berries, hay and a bit of an irony touch. The palate is delicious. Superb cherry note, good width, very sweet and tender mouthfeel, a spherical mid palate with a nice layer of tannins, creating some distorsion in the mouthfeel and making way to a delicious, fruity finish that vibrates for a very long while with that bright cherry note. Great wine! Paired very well with lamb chops on the barbecue. — 3 years ago

Orange wine, named "Skin", from Sauvignon Blanc in the Sancerre region by top producer Fouassier. Aged in amphoras. Only around 800 bottles produced. Excellent in this style. — 4 years ago
It was a bit dark in the restaurant but it seemed to have a ruby red color. Was cherries and a bit of minerality. My first Sancerre pinot noir so not much to compare it to. — 7 years ago
— 7 years ago
More on the nose, grassier, fruitier yet drier than the Sancerre. — 10 years ago

Very well done-food wine, not complicated but refreshing and juicy. So much more about it than standard Rosé de Provence — 2 years ago
