Pale gold color. Nose of lemon grass and the ocean. Bright acidity, lemon zest, grapefruit, balanced with honey and minerality. Enjoyable and a good pairing with clams. — 8 years ago

Fantastic. Wonderful nose and with a taste to match. — 4 years ago
Brilliant nose. Girard did very well in 2015. Sunshine, late season cherry, mineral, earthy, gamey and meaty. Complex and finesse driven with sappy fruit, a nice hit of opulence. Clean and balanced and very pure. So silky. Great upon pop and pour but air really sends into overdrive. — 5 years ago
Bacchanal, light fruity — 6 years ago

This was a surprise. The body was lighter than I expected, the nose practically busting with forest floor and dusty ripe red fruits, dusty tannins, but for this meal it paired perfectly. Drank at Arnaud’s in New Orleans. #pinotforpresident — 2 years ago
