very good cost performance indeed — 7 years ago
Bottled in 2008 into hand blown bottle this was one of those once in a lifetime wines. Opened and drank over the course of 30 mins. The wine changed every 5 mins. Subtle notes of strawberry still there. Wow! — 9 years ago
Smooth strong body. — 9 years ago
One of my favorite whites. Thanks @Julia Cochran — 10 years ago
Well structured...orchard fruit and nutty weight carry through. Emma described it as 'ham-like, which I think is perfect. Roast peanut shells. A well-made balanced expression. I'll take a case. — 11 years ago
Very dark rubi robe, no signs of 18 year old. From a half bottle which is remarquable. Notes of flowers and spices, medium bodied, balanced, great acidity and fruit. One of the last vintages before JF Mugnier took it back. Great stuff ! — 5 years ago
We’ve been missing out on white Burgundy — 7 years ago

The more Faiveley wines that I encounter the more I am impressed with how they age and their longevity. This wine is 23 years of age and it is still a puppy. Big and powerful with lots of fruit deep rich color and beautiful ripe nose — 10 years ago
Took a minute to show but fantastic in the end. — 12 years ago

Still very primary and restrained on the nose — 8 years ago
@Ted Mandes @Steve Colanero @Christine Christine's WOTN. Such an elegant example of a superb old world wine. This was next to an Aubert PInot and the differences were amazing! Balance, harmony, integration, beautiful subtle notes vs. the Aubert Pinot. Christine stated that she preferred this to Aubert! Amazing bottle. I'm not sure how much evolution can be gained from further aging. I think it reached its max. Stunning! — 9 years ago

Nice and tidy, — 11 years ago
Wow...mysterious on the nose like Spain ... Dark and deep. Rich and decadent on the pallet like amarone with brighter fruits. So great at this point..... Can't wait to see how it sheds it's lovely youth — 11 years ago
