Very special rose from Barossa. Savory and ripe red berry flavors and intense flavor and long lasting. Will chill it and drink more later — 4 years ago
I hadn't had this wine in a couple of vintages and I always have had a sweet spot for it. It's a bit more austere and serious than previous vintages I tasted, and a bit more complex too.
Licorice, blackberry, leather, a touch of mint, some Cola notes and some heat... Wow it's a serious nose, a lot let's playful and fruitful than in my memories. The palate shows a great acid drive, some serious grip, some width, some matter on the edges, a nice blackberry note through and through, along with, again, these Cola notes that I usually associate with natural gamays from the Beaujolais region, some grippy tannins kick off in the rear, powering a long, fruity, grippy finish that lasts for a very long time. These tannins tend to make the wine a bit more austere and complex but the Cola notes remind you it's an organic, natural wine style too. I like it very much. And this is the entry level cuvée of this Domaine! — 6 months ago

Laura’s 2018 from Chambers most recent box on 1/20/2021. Very nice — more complex than past. Granny Smith apple, limestone, bright — but a layer of sultryness and lush mouthfeel. Citrus. Ripe cantaloupe all the way to green skin. A tad alkaline. Warmth, Wohlgefühl. — 3 years ago
This is awesome. Tons of strawberry and peach on the nose with the little bit of herb. I was worried that the palate would be overly sweet, but it is absolutely not. Beautifully balanced. Probably my favorite rose so far — 5 years ago
Dark, spicy, mineral, substantial but not too fruity. — 6 months ago

The Saint-Esprit 2020 Côtes-du-Rhône Delas offers a commendable representation of the region. On the nose, it presents a medley of red and black fruit, accompanied by subtle hints of black pepper and a touch of dried herbs. The palate showcases a balanced interplay between its fruit-forward character and a well-integrated acidity. Medium-bodied, it carries a structured frame of fine-grained tannins, providing a pleasant texture. While the wine exhibits a satisfactory length on the finish, there’s a slight yearning for more complexity and depth. Overall, the Saint-Esprit 2020 is an enjoyable, approachable Côtes-du-Rhône, though it doesn’t quite reach the heights of exceptional. — 8 months ago
Great structure. G $21 — 2 years ago
Pale straw color. Aromas of biscuit, dried fruit, butterscotch and caramel bananas. Delicious flavors of dried apples, figs with a crisp, delicate small bubbles- salted peanuts, molasses cake- loads of dried fruit. Lovely. Happy New year!
