An in like a lamb out like a lion style. ripe cherries, dirt, mushrooms and some meat on the nose. In the mouth it's almost in repose, not in a rush to go anywhere with more of those cherries, and then you swallow and feel a rush of acid the touch of fine tannins and a long rising finish. — 8 years ago

Grand Cru Chablis and oysters. Bougros was excellent well rounded long finish nice mineral too it. The valmur was a little green and backwards. Les presuses was yeasty not corked but probably flawed in some way. — 10 years ago
