2004 vintage. This was a highlight reel. Acidity, dirty, pretty, fabulous mousse, delicate, concentrated, fruit, long finish. It had it all at some point in the tasting experience. Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Long finish with apples and herbs.

This is a delicious Champagne. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and easy drinking. Complex and interesting.
