These wines need a lot of air. They are intensely mineral and structured wines. Les Loges is a unique place that makes unique wines. Lime, lime leaf, chlorine, mint, bay leaf, hickory switch (shout out to my redneck people who got their asses whooped with hickory switches), and wet rock. I usually hate Sauvignon Blanc. Showing really well tonight still lively and bright but full of tannins Deep ruby color and lovely aged Bordeaux aromatics, leather, a little barnyard and sandalwood.
