Sercial, once thought to be a relative of Riesling due its high acid but not the case. Even at this climate it can struggle to reach 11 baume. This at ten years indicates the youngest age of the blend being that of ten. Here there is some baking spice, bergamot, orange peel, walnut and brown sugar. A whisper of seeetness that's pretty off set by the ferocious acidity. — 8 years ago
