I'm a Cab-Franc freak so this is really pushing my buttons! Gorgeous aromatics of wild blackberry & currant with a crushed chalk, gravel mineral character along with plenty of stalky spice, capsicum and dark chocolate. Palate is a little more developed, plush, ripe black fruit that's pretty stewed but has some elegance to it, cocoa powder tannins with a touch of green pepper on the finish. — 10 years ago
