This was the Santenay Blanc (edit submission was not recognized). Gorgeous apple and pear sautéed in butter with a dash of cinnamon. Finishes with perky lemon. Those things sound cliché but this is true to cliché in a most refreshing way. — 10 years ago

Upon opening, nose of wood chips, garage grease, and tool box mixed with eucalyptus and mint. Two hours later in the decanter eucalyptus becomes more apparent with anise and dust. Well balanced tannins and acidity. — 9 years ago
