Racy, muted nose, nice fruit in the middle, toasty oak on the finish. Calmed down a bunch with air. Very enjoyable. — 10 years ago

This 2011 is a pleasant surprise... with bottle age, some roasted white mushrooms, a metallic or flinty note (tiny bit of Brett?), some whiffs of a rustic cellar... all very slight, and mostly complementary to the tart cherry, raspberry, and almond flavors. Terrific for 2011. With a little air, even tastier. SommSelect Spring 2018. — 7 years ago
Great light-medium bodied Burgundy. Red fruits and light florals. Velvety smooth. (At Le Verre Volé, hidden Paris gem) — 9 years ago

Rich, earthy, complex, but delicate. Perfect burgundy — 11 years ago
Chip Hughes
Broad, sappy and almost Nebbiolo-like on entry. On the palate, it becomes pure class...the way that Savigny in the hands of masters (Bize, Rollin, Cornu) always does. Taut, mannerly and entirely 2010ish. Years to go, but just fine right now. — 7 years ago
