Decanted for 30 min. Zalto Burgundy glass, color very light golden, nose abricot and peach , taste rather dry and light, still very tight and closed, give it at least 5 years more. — 7 years ago

1995. First bottle from this producer. Typical 95 characteristics, lean and austere needing some air to wake it from sleeo. After 2 hours showed cranberry, spice, crushed rocks. The palate showed small red berries, minerals, mouth watering acidity and good length. Not a wine I would open for a newbie Burgundy fan (not in a bad way) as this requires some coaxing. — 9 years ago
Soild unsulfered burgundy. Bright, with sour cherry and pomegranate. Surprisingly not funky. Goes down easy! — 9 years ago
