Medium golden yellow. Quite a bit of yeast on the nose mascarpone, vanilla and candied stone fruits. Medium acidity (5.5/10) and medium bodied. Well rounded throughout and gains a sweet hint on the palate. Some green tree fruits with a bit of cinnamon, wheat and a touch of cedar. Long finish. Drink till 2023. — 5 years ago

Really beautiful bouquet. Wet fall forest floor, brambly raspberry, hints of dill and stone. Beautifully plush palate which hides a broad beam of acidity. Very savory on the palate with herbs, underbrush, forest floor, stones and and hint of raspberry/cranberry. Good depth and persistence. — 3 years ago
