Manages to be energetic and viscous at once. Warm flowers like hibiscus and honeysuckle mingle with pink grapefruit, apricot, dates, almond, peppercorn, and a light smokey note. this year, Ive had a few bottles of Cinsault from this vineyard from a few different wine makers. The Bonny Doon release has been the most fruit forward and super enjoyable.

Smoke show Riesling! Racing acidity, petrol and honeysuckle and all that one the nose but bone dry with a lot of minerality. Super refined and clean as fuck. Very pretty not showy Riesling. Outstanding with food. High abv. - 13.5! Watch out, bc this stuff is poundable and doesn't drink like it has any punch but she'll get ya. — 12 years ago
