Star bright pale straw gold. Shy but inviting nose of underripe quince and honey. Medium full palate of said quince and dry honey plus white pepper, balsam, citrus rind, and a firm mineral-driven finish. Minerals and oak! What a pairing! Excellent wine with a variety of foods from fresh seafood to fried chicken to roasted veggies to flavorful cheeses. A wonderful introduction to Mersault and lightly oaked White Burgundy. Drink now through 2027. — 5 years ago
I think at 105 euros a bottle I can do better in the USA! Overall very good wine but the price is exaggerated. — 8 years ago

Fantastic.
Especially after 18 holes of golf.
For the price point and quality, hard to beat. — 4 years ago
Lovely and complex white burg Montrachet for a Saturday lunchtime charcuterie plate. Soaring acidity with stone fruits that’s balanced by the fattiness I love in a good white burg. The bouquet has some ethereal qualities that make it so fun to just nose for quite some time - stone fruits like apricot and peach. Long finish. No complaints here — 5 years ago

Nice chassagne montrachet. Somewhere between a puligny and meursault. Some hints of toast and butter but not at all in a cloying Napa way. Delicate with light texture on the finish. — 8 years ago

Fantastic buy. Aromas of grass, green veggies abound: asparagus, and green bell pepper. Hints of lime, salt, and lemon. Very rounded balance between just the right amount of acidity and citrus on the palate. Great minerality. Almost golden in color. 13% — 4 years ago
