Awesome wine. Nose is ripe but full of fresh black cherry; cherry liquer, herbal notes, some bay. Beautiful red fruit acid driven wine with lots of minerals on the palate. Rossese has got to be the varietal find of the year for me. So lithe and pure and delicious. But I think this will develop for years. — 4 years ago

Continue to like Rossese, and this is a nice one. Lighter bodied - sort of Italy’s answer to loire cab franc. Tons of tart cherry - really tons of red fruit. Good acid. A bit simple perhaps quite tasty. — 5 years ago
