She's a DIVA. No doubt about it. This is going to be the most intense wine of the night by a long shot. Incredibly dense, concentrated, ripe! Not pruney. Balanced. Incredible wine from Peter Gago!

Vesper martini, cuz we're not that drunk. Nolet's gin (Ketel One) is so key here, please tolerate my diva when I say I just don't drink these without Nolet's. 3 oz. Nolet's gin, 1 oz. Jewel of Russia Ultra vodka (this extravagance can be subbed for decent vodka), 0.5 oz. Lillet Blanc. Shaken, not stirred...the original James Bond martini. — 13 years ago
