Light and crisp. Just like eating a frozen maple leaf made of wine and not maple leaf. Also, in liquid form. — 10 years ago
The grapes for this grappa come from Gaja's vineyards. Very complex, and although, not listed as a Aqua di Vita it was aged in barrels and pale gold in color. — 11 years ago
Light but not as light as a Pinot Grigio, with a bit of mineral character. — 11 years ago
Delightful, light, crisp, high on grapefruit — 11 years ago
Had this one earlier after our day at the Vatican. Was surperb after a long day of art and history with our fab guide Antonio. Excellent with a Diavolo pizza. — 11 years ago
Best Grappa I've ever had. Given this is a small population, I'm giving it a 93. Probably would give it a higher rating if I was smarter. — 11 years ago
Fine grappa, really nice on the nose. A grand finish!

Grappa "morbidona" — 11 years ago
So complex and layered. A rich honeyed attack followed by aromatics and a clean fresh finish. Pine, spearmint, citrus, chicory, florals, earth. Really cool bitter that's original family recipe dates back to 1868. — 11 years ago
Very good. Crisp. Just how I like Pinot Grigios. Subtle fruit taste that is not overpowering. — 11 years ago
Good wine. €6. Had in Rome and brought some on cruise — 11 years ago

Honey smell, honey and dates, great grappa — 11 years ago
Hedonistic and delicious. Luscious coffee and the most pleasant bitterness — 11 years ago
White chocolate, elderflower, and a hint of ripe cherry make this an awesome go to. — 11 years ago
Grappa + French Oak = what grappa has been missing. Takes the bracing cut of un-aged grappa and translates it into a lingering and pleasant self-induced-embalming, — 11 years ago
Ranks among the best "raw brandy" I've tasted. The high quality of fruit - grape juiciness- is aromatically evident and reveals delicately complex tones with silky purity on long fine finish. — 11 years ago
Wine we bought in Venice. — 12 years ago
