Such a great drinking white wine! — 7 years ago
A nice light bodied, easy drinking red blend, low acidity, peppery at first with a long finish of blackberry jam. — 9 years ago
One of the coolest wines you will ever taste — 9 years ago
I'm not sure how @Hardy Wallace gets so much flavor and complexity packed into something that is as light and graceful as this. Cranberry, rhubarb, rocks, earth and mushroom. Orange zest. Smoked meat. I need too figure out how to not drink these for a while, to see what they become. — 10 years ago
It's a classy call girl wine, with just enough STDs to make her dirty — 11 years ago

Alder Springs makes Thingz with Zings! Does anything come from this place that isn't a laser or lightning bolt? Must make hair stand on end when you walk through it. I can just picture @Hardy Wallace picking his grapes looking like he had his hand on a van de Graff generator... — 8 years ago

This is a good one out of Grand Rapids. Dark and creamy with a smoky malt body. The name says it all. — 10 years ago

Nicely balanced. Not too sweet. Paired with Indian curry — 9 years ago
Couldn't pass up writing on this one, which I think we tasted in the egg. Very well balanced, glad the oak is muted, dare I say a very un-California Chardonnay? Salmon, quiche, etc....I wish we had gobs more to open in years to come. Hardy, any library wines? — 9 years ago
Yum. Needs a lot of decanting. — 9 years ago
One of my favs! — 10 years ago
A blend with sav b predominantly... Tasted like orange blossom — 11 years ago
Aromas of mushrooms, underbrush, cassis, blackberries, old leather boots, volate acidity, crushed stones, and black pepper. Rustic, dirty, earthy, dark fruits, leather, dark chocolate, and some rancio notes. Weak but some rustic beauty to it. — 12 years ago
