Right amount of sweet. Right in between moscato and prosecco. Good desert wine. Nice small bubbles. Was very delightful! — 10 years ago
Pink orange color with appealing red fruit, and rose petal aromas. On the palate, it's medium bodied with a wonderful mouthwatering acidity and a nice grip courtesy of the Nebbiolo with tart strawberry and cherry flavors and a lingering finish. — 11 years ago
Very good wine — 11 years ago
Hitting its stride since LBT. Unwound and has fleshed out just a touch. Cracked pepper, hung meat, woodsmoke, bay leaf, wild berries, crushed cherry. Mineral laden throughout the palate. Fresh and just fun to drink with its very agreeable ABV. I love these wines upon release for how high-toned they are, but some recent bottles at the 5 year mark have really got me interested in how harmonious they get with a little bottle age. — 8 years ago
Good blend, Wahluke Slope always delivers. Curious to see how this wine will evolve as it breathes. 10/5/18 upped the rating to 90pts, cassis and boysenberry balanced with nice acidity. This is a great blend. — 8 years ago

This is a red port that is more on the sweet desert end than the alcohol tartiness of the portugal port. Very good. The chicks will dig this when I buy it and you can only buy in the store. Red desert wine but NOT liquid sugar. More respectable. Chicks will wnjoy. — 11 years ago
Wind Gap 2010 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Sonoma Coast — 12 years ago
Vibrant. High toned fruit. Some earth and meatiness. One would think this is north Rhone all the way. Very pure. — 12 years ago
Celebration cap for the 2012 Wind Gap Blaufränkisch. Dark juicy fruit, bay leaf, tree spice, enough acid for balance, soft enough to be enjoyed by everyone. Gleeful. — 13 years ago

A savory juicy textured herbal food pairing champ. Like cooking sous-vide with an immersion circulator, what was once a geeky oddity has found a permanent home on our table. Not a universal solution, but really the right tool for the job in certain situations. Like pan seared halibut with fennel or spring vegetable risotto. — 8 years ago
2011 vintage. Ruby-garnet color, med body. Stewed blackberry, strawberry, baking spice, vanilla, hints of floral notes. Slightly dry mouthfeel, long finish. — 9 years ago
This is getting more complex with age. Dark fruits, smokiness, some cloves. Really nice. — 10 years ago
the 2013 vintage was special to drink. The full fruity bouquet made the mouth water for the first sip. Purchased this special one for $23.00 at the winery — 11 years ago
