2014 Sandlands Contra Costa County Carignane is rustic, yet completely approachable. Tannic for sure, but has an elegance to it. Sandy Denny & The Strawbs certainly bring Traditional English Folk to the table, but the Strawbs’ love of Bluegrass adds some great layers to many of the pieces on this collection.
