2013. Bordeaux replacement of Chard. 65% sauv blanc + 35% semillon. Sauv provides the grassy floral and pineapple notes while the semillon brings forward more body and character. Really cool stuff and I like the direction they took. Not overly Oakes at this stage. I want to see how this changes with age. — 8 years ago
Black cherries, spices, cinnamon, currants & some violets. Full bodied with noticeable tannins. Grippy with a spicy finish. A nice wine that is quite open on day 2. — 9 years ago

A new Red Mountain estate winery by Chris Upchurch of DeLille Cellars. This is their 2nd vintage, very polished, clean, needs a bit of time — 10 years ago
I'm Unabashedly weak when it comes to Chenin blanc, but this really rises to the top of the heap in terms of complexity, orchard feel, and tingly finish. Bruised yellow apple and apricot with petrol viscosity, lemon meringue, tongue curling on the back, ending with a little heat — 8 years ago

Black cherry, earth funk but brought and fruity. Great balance and acidity. Fun and interesting but also something I could drink regularly. Awesome baby bandol! — 8 years ago

Dry and pungent with lasting balanced minerality classically executed by DeLille. Green figs, montmorency cherries, and currants.
