It drinks more like a Chardonnay with a zesty Sauvignon blanc. Strong in vanilla and pineapple — 7 years ago
Just smooth and lovely and balanced. Surprisingly bright and balanced fruit. I just had an excellent meritage from Washington, and then pivoted to this. While the washington was one of its finest Meritage blends from Delille, there is a reason Bordeaux is Bordeaux. Props to the french. — 7 years ago
Neck and neck with DeLille rosé — 8 years ago
2013. Bordeaux replacement of Chard. 65% sauv blanc + 35% semillon. Sauv provides the grassy floral and pineapple notes while the semillon brings forward more body and character. Really cool stuff and I like the direction they took. Not overly Oakes at this stage. I want to see how this changes with age. — 8 years ago

Aggressive start out of the bottle, followed by velvet middle and sweet flowers at the long finish. Great job Chris!! — 11 years ago
The 2018 DeLille Cellars Rose follows up the hugely impressive 2017 release. A blend of Grenache (52%) with Mourvedre (39%) and a touch of Cinsault (9%), the 2018 DeLille Rose opens with a wonderful aromatic range from red currant to red cherry candy to shades of teaberry and wild mushroom with lighter smoky undertones that all build in the glass. The palate reveals a silky mouthfeel and wonderful texture and mouth-watering acidity. Bright strawberry and guava flavors greet you, alongside lighter citrus rind and peat moss tones that all connect on the mid-palate. Satisfying and wonderfully textured, this sensational new Rose will cellar well for the next seven years. Drink 2019-2025- 92 — 6 years ago
Dense purple in color. Cherry, cassis, fruit leather, ethanol notes on nose. Cherry and fruit leather notes in mouth. Medium astringency, mild bitterness in tannins. Could age more, but drinkable now. Debated over Thanksgiving dinner what to expect from this wine on future tastings. Ageworthy is likeliest conclusion, but should show increased flavor complexity ideally. — 7 years ago
Dry and pungent with lasting balanced minerality classically executed by DeLille. Green figs, montmorency cherries, and currants.

2012 DeLille Cabernet around $145 a pop. Classic and well made Cabernet from red mountain. You can clearly taste the ripeness of the warmest AVA within Washington. Classic newcomer. Great effort! — 10 years ago
Really great Bordeaux style red from Washington State. Winemaker Chris Peterson, formerly of DeLille Cellars. Great for the price too, can likely lay down for 5 or 10 years — 10 years ago

A beautifully balanced Chaleur Blanc with delicate sweet notes countered by some well appointed acidity. Finishes fast and smooth with only the tart acid lingering on. — 6 years ago
