We were going to skip this but turned out to be awesome! Very smooth but dry and very oaky, almost close to a cab. Velvety. Surprisingly a great go-to wine! Was delicious with roasted chicken and garlic, yum! But didn't stand up to steak at all! This may be great with a salmon possibly. Very good Merlot. — 9 years ago

The cork broke and there was a lot of sediment but this is hands down the best Syrah we've had. Strong aroma of blackberries and something else. It's so smooth, starts sweet like black cherries and has a wonderful lingering finish. Amazing all around — 10 years ago
