On the nose there’s a cloud of smoke and sea salt hovering over aromas of lemons, peaches and honeysuckle. It’s pretty hefty in body for a Sauvignon Blanc, with a waxy mouthfeel and an acidity so perfectly and ridiculously balanced that you hardly notice it at all. There’s flavors of lemon peel, peaches, green peppers, and aspirin. Then it finishes hot with white pepper and lemon peel. — 6 years ago
Enjoyed a couple of bottles of 2014 for dinner at Rossoblu in Los Angeles. Worked well with Italian food..,very smooth but light (more like a Pinot Noir). — 7 years ago
Had this wine in Los Angeles at Paley Restaurant on Sunset Blvd. tonight.....incredibly crisp and flavorful! Would highly recommend this wine. — 7 years ago
2007. Racy acidity and gripping tannins. Cranberry and blackberry. Darker than a typical Etna rosso. $30 from Wally's Wine, Los Angeles. — 8 years ago

A favorite white. If we're going to go here, go HERE. Drank with Jeremy and Jackie the night before Thanksgiving at Wilde. 2nd bottle. A great starter to middle bottle. I don't like whites. I like this one. Los Angeles. — 6 years ago

I'm not sure the world of fine beverages is ready for this but this is one of the most interesting culinary creations I have come across this year. This is absolutely a 'have this with food' drink. So refreshing. Such good value and culinary creativity on display. — 8 years ago

The best Malbec I have ever had. Perfect balance of dark fruit, followed by peppery spice, heavy tannins and mild acidity. Very complex, full mouthy feel, perfectly structured and balanced. Paired perfectly with a medium rare, filet mignon. — 6 years ago
