Loved this Riesling! Off-dry and quite crisp on the palette. Strong aromas of minerals and a steely ferment. Quite balanced! Green apple, lemon zest, wet slate with some tropical fruit undertones. Paired very well with a sweet glazed ham! — 2 years ago

A funny choice to put on the wine list for a Mediterranean restaurant, but very nice for what it is... On the nose this is first an foremost honeyed... A very soft raspberry... On the palate, the raspberry is front and center but concentrated... Like really concentrated... Like fruit roll up concentrated... It burns a bit... No candied elements... This is the real deal. Medium bodied Merlot and Cab Franc. Red fruit dominant with some mix of red cherries that provide added depth. The Cabernet franc adds fresh excitement with cooking spice, peppers, and springy acidity. Enjoyed this with Sushi, but would pair well with pastas, light meat dishes or on its own. Well rounded, balanced and approachable. Not a complex wine but provides a simple delicious taste. — 4 years ago
