At Contraste, Milan. Bit of carbonation, strawberry. — 7 years ago
As the story goes, the owner bought the property and found this grape growing on it. Eventually named it after himself and began producing wine. This on uses a passamento method on half the grapes. Black, rich wine with a dark berets and some tannins in the back end. Interesting and unusual. — 7 years ago
Fruity but still packed with lovely floral and herbal notes to go with its blackberry jam and young fig. Mmm! — 8 years ago

Saccoletto is an italian vigneron that makes really interesting wines for an educated palate .He follows a natural wine making Style starting from how The vines are grown. This is his top barbera, a dry, strong, straight forward, aged in barrique of 2/3 passage. It reminds me a Lot of The top wines from Braida ( They are located in The same geographic area ) for complexity And deepness though it lacks a bit of those wines elegance (its Way cheaper by The Way ).scents of ripened fruits, plums, Black berries, leather, a faint scent of herbs. Full body , perfect for meats And main dishes Meat based. — 8 years ago

Concentrated dark fig, black berries with hint of fresh basil aromas. Smells like pretty high alcohol. Med body med p acid. Very soft tannin(moderate)Med p intensity. Fresh acidity that makes mouth watery. Soft texture, med plus finish of hint of black pepper and tabacco with hint of black currant. Drunk with salumi plate of friuli-prosciutto san daniele, pancetta...complex wine that haas lot of spectrum of food pairing. — 8 years ago

Delicious red! round, bold, earthy - la Umbria intera in bocca! Best Sagrantino detected in Berlin so far, found, of course, at Daniele Bragato's enoteca. — 9 years ago
The Bardolino made by Daniele Delaini is quite different from usual. Small red fruits at nose, a bunch of spices in mounth, good acidity, with a touch of incense. — 10 years ago

A wonderful revelation, actually a full epiphany of purifying tartness! Backlabel speaks by itself: "Contents express the spontaneous ferment from Durella's grapes". Congrats to #DanielePiccinin we'll hear more and more about him! — 9 years ago
