Ripe, powerful, complex. Brilliant ruby-garnet. Haunting flavors, tremendous grip and persistence. Fruit-forward, black cherries and kirsch framed by limestone and earth and generously toasted oak. More defined flavors will emerge in a few years, but this is a complex and vibrant wine that will coat your palate aggressively with dense fruit. — 7 years ago

Lovely rich wine had at Keanes in NYC. Went well with steak — 12 years ago
Pale lemon green in appearance. Very distinct nose with wax, crayon and a little bit of lemon. Balanced acidity (6/10) and medium bodied. Layered with minerality, spices, a touch wax with ton of citrus. Long finish. Drink till 2022. — 6 years ago
Wow, now this is the best Rose I have had yet this summer! Strawberry and watermelon greatness. — 8 years ago
From split opened half hour before consumption. Earth, red fruit, and a hint of funk. Smooth tannins; searing acidity. Probably could use another five years to achieve better balance. — 8 years ago

From a small familial estate, fresh and straight very floral and citrus profile - a nice champagne to give a try ☺️ — 11 years ago
1990 vintage - stored always in the same cellar in optimal conditions, decanted before drinking - a great complex mysterious multiple layer aged Pinot, very earth and tertiary connected wine, with power and finesse in the same time - a great experience 😊 — 11 years ago
Little village guy from a weird vintage, still happening. Cool. — 12 years ago
We had the 2009 Vintage on 9/7-8/18. The strawberry fruit is subtle. There was cardomom, mushroom and a nice spice. Truly Burgundian. Medium bodied. No tannin; smooth and ready to drink. — 7 years ago
Subtle yet sophisticated. Reminds me of a wine one would drink at a ten course dinner. — 7 years ago
Lovely Chablis crisp, clean, medium acidity. Lots of green fruit and not spicy. Elegant and long finish. — 8 years ago
Nose: classic barnyard red fruits very distinctive to Burgundy. Palate: spice confirmed red fruits slightly underripe, such a bright acidity. Good balance. Had it paired with herb rubbed pork roast and broccoli & cauliflower, Herb stuffing and cheddar mashed potatoes. Heaven — 8 years ago
Really very excellent - great suggestion by the somm at Daniel. Pure and focused, with light red fruit (strawberry), silky smooth finish, with good acid. Perfect drinking window even without a decant. — 9 years ago

In a beautiful spot. This clean beauty had bright acid that was not overpowering the lime and wet stone flavors. Solid. — 6 years ago
