Crisp, bright and creamy on the palate with a great mousse texture. Surprisingly fresh flavors of peach, tangerine and lemon lead to just a touch of brioche and a big burst of crisp acidity. 2007- polarizing vintage & yes, this is ripe and juicy raspberry dancing across the nose & palate. Once it breathes it shows some smoke & pine-like herbal notes which add complexity.
