How have I not had this wine in my life before? Leafy green tones, dizzying array of orchard and citrus fruits, all super bright and ripe, fresh mushrooms, ginger candy, fresh soil, wax, and stones. Holy heck I paid less than nothing (i.e. around ten) and this overdelivers...if you like licorice and/or anise. I'm a nut for those so...also you get medium plus acid medium minus tannins and all the perfectly-ripe-yet-still-firm berries you could wish for. Even on night two of sipping.
