Wasn’t expecting anything from this and got a whole load of nobility. Don’t even know how this ended up in front of me but it’s absolutely worth a mention. Lago Ranco Riesling 2017
Young with lots of primary aromas of green fruit (apple, lime) and a slight peach aroma.
Mix in a wiff of plastic (think clare valley) some sea salty-minerality a crisp, young acidity dosed with a very slight sweetness makes this an excellent companion to food (anyone for ceviche?).
