Dark berries and a hint of orange peel, with a little graphite and stone. Medium acidity and tannins. Very good value, which is typical of the wines I’ve had from this producer. — 6 years ago

Might be the best Malbec i’ve ever had: terrific! Not to peppery at all. Drinks like a pinot noir — 4 years ago
Pairing it with a chimichurri steak and fried plantains but is it enjoy it just as much on its own. Nice and full, a little smoother than a Malbec but richer than a cab. — 5 years ago

Great Argentina wine blend - NPR review — 9 years ago
Big fan of this Malbec. Rose, anise seed and dark chocolate on the nose complete with tobacco and dark cherries on the palate. Continues to open and develop. Such a beauty. Two nights in a row I taste a great wine chosen by another German friend 🇩🇪 — 9 years ago

Far exceeded expectations. None of the crushing, chalky tannins normally found in cheap Cab. Earthy and smooth. Great table wine. — 6 years ago

Wasn’t expecting anything from this and got a whole load of nobility. Don’t even know how this ended up in front of me but it’s absolutely worth a mention. Excellent wine if you like palatable density and deep savory characteristics with a balanced alcohol profile. Surprising and excellent! — 4 years ago
