Le vin apres 24 h d aeration s ouvre et la texture devient plus suave et les arômes plus francs
Beau vin qui semble se refermer par rapport à ma dernière dégustation il y a un an

This is my favorite wine right now. Fruity nose dominated by black currant and boysenberry. Moderately dry and smooth with a touch of fuzzy tannins (that add a little structure) and gentle oak. Flavors of black tea, currant with a slight peppery and tannic finish. Moderately full-bodied. A pleasure to drink. — 10 years ago

1985 Gaja Costa Russi Barbaresco. Dinner at Ner w D&M H. Fully mature, ready to drink, still tons of fruit. Nice balance between fruit and minerality; lots of terroir and soil. Classic Barbaresco. Still full bodied. Loved it. Note: should have decanted longer- we only decanted right before serving. — 7 years ago
