Typical northwest IPA but very well done. Obviously they have the best selection of hops available given that the brewery is literally in the middle of their own hop fields. The beer has good citrusy and somewhat grassy hop nose and sweet malt. On he palate, it is well balanced with hop bitterness and slightly sweet and lightly biscuity malt. Very local, so this is an easy go-to beer for me. — 8 years ago
Half acre makes a great aromatic brew in the D.Cutter. You would be well off having one or two on a sunny day because it's not as heavy as some of its other IPA compatriots! — 10 years ago
Tried at tasting at Cellar and Loft. Merlot 71% and Zinfandel 20% and Cabernet 9% blend. Bought bottle for $15.99. Smooth and light for a red. — 11 years ago

The only beer out East that satisfied out strong hoppy California IPA palates. Reminiscent of Pliny the Elder from Russian River Brewery and Double Tap from Berryessa Brewing. — 12 years ago
2015. Spent the day home with a cold, so tried out the new bottle cutter- gave up after the first 2. Brown Westside hints of celery, fennel, dried herbs. We're from Southside, so this is new- or perhaps my nose isn't up for a proper review but I love Brown Zins. — 8 years ago
Cookie cutter central coast pint noir. — 9 years ago
From a re-discovered ancient local grapes (tazzelenghe is the Friuli tipical slang meaning "tongue-cutter" due to its terrific tannins), this wine found its balance after aging 2 years in oak and several years in bottle. Red/black small fruits and sweet spices at the nose, powerful and fresh on the palate, with licorice and vanilla final flavours. — 11 years ago

Chosen from a 47 Wine blind tasting to be the new Club Red for the Downs Club to be sold for around $20. Many of them were very similar Cookie Cutter type Wines but this will sell well. — 7 years ago
