Beautifully structured. Fresh aroma, full bodied yet smooth. Perfectly balanced acidity, tannins and a buttery smooth finish. All that set aside... This wine is so smooth, you can easily down the whole bottle. That said, this is the ultimate drinking wine. DO NOT PAIR WITH ANYTHING. Just drink. What an amazing buzz. — 9 years ago

A lot going on here. The more I drink these old cuatro Dias bottles the more I'm convinced that small batch handmade wines are a hell of a lot more expressive and it would be nice to see more californian's get rid of the large equipment and get back to the roots. Mad soul here — 9 years ago
