Tart cherry and tobacco on the nose; on the palate black cherry, cola, leather, white pepper, and cedar. Really well done! 2012 Vintage — 10 years ago

2002 vintage Rose. Light salmon, copper hue. Chalk, wet rock to the fore. Red currant and cranberry. Slight blossom notes. Iron fragments. On the palate, very lean and balanced as is the Crystal style. Not the concentration of the white 2002. If there's any tannins here, you have to focus to notice them. Maybe at the back end there's a touch of weight from the tannins. Very young - too young. Don't touch for 7-10 years. Makings of a great wine as acidity is so balanced with the fruit. Love it. NB: Pinot cold macerated for 4 days - to extract colour but little tannins. Then blended with Chardonnay and co-fermented. Quite unique. No added red wine per se. — 10 years ago
Enjoyed by Crystal after I have it as a gift. — 10 years ago

Shared with crystal. Great times. — 12 years ago
Picked up this bad boy for 16CHF at a train stop in Visp, not my favorite of this royal variety, but it had nice black fruits along with leather and a hint of a repaved asphalt road on a hot summer day, definitely could have used some time in crystal - our hosts had none. #qprking — 9 years ago
Bulldozer made of lead crystal. Awesome. — 10 years ago
Rich and herbaceous Bordeaux blend from northern Italy. Nose is all about forrest, resin, leather and wild cherry. Taste is mineral, fruit is rustic and fuzzy behind herbs & licorice with salt - have you ever tested Scandinavian sweeties? It is young and a bit harsh now, but few years in the cellar will mellow it down, then it will show its power. 90pts in advance for this entry level bottle, very interesting young wine with wild claws. Medium body with brilliant crystal clear ruby red color. — 10 years ago
Incredibly zesty and crystal like for a wine so southern in Burgundy ! It reminds me of Chablis in terms of style for the body and citrus notes and Macon for the slight toasty flavour and roundness in mouth. Delicious and refreshing. — 10 years ago
Love this beer, it was first released only on draft years ago, then in Bombers, now in 12oz six packs( yes!!!) one of my favorite double IPA's , 10% AVB do not taste, but it is the hops, Crystal hops, less acidity, so it is less bitter, so smooth, but big and hoppy, with citrus and tropical notes, my kind of double IPA, "Sculpin" on crack, Outstanding!!! — 10 years ago
Kracher!!! The master strikes again!!!! Absolutely better than expected! — 11 years ago

Balanced and restrained cherry, kirsch notes with soft tannins and low acid. Crystal clear purity of fruit with a touch of spice. — 9 years ago
Anytime I need to see your face I just close my eyes and I am taken to a place where your crystal minds and magenta feelings take up shelter in the base of my spine sweet like a chica cherry cola 🍫🍒🍫 — 10 years ago
It's young, no doubt about that. Might wait 5 years to open the next one... A lovely pure, greenish hue, fine, crystal clear; toast all the way - still closed but alluring; rounded and balanced, with good acidity. The fruit and sugar are present but well hidden. This will go on and on - a Bruce Forsyth like virility will keep this up for decades... — 10 years ago
Really balanced for California. Coffee and Rosemary on toast, with granite and black cherry. Medium mouthfeel exhibits a drill hole of black currant surrounded by topsoil and stone. 360 degrees of tannins with a crystal powder texture that melts away to a delicate smoky black pepper and dark cherry sustainance. #howellmountain #rutherford #pestonifamily — 10 years ago
Purple quartz chunks. Black raspberry crystal formations. In the depths of this synesthesiac cave there are also um black peppercorn stalagmites? Compulsively drinkable & articulate. — 10 years ago
Le Due Terre 2011 Sacrisassi
Fruity Colli Orientali DOC Bianco
Sticky briliant deep golden yellow color. I found crystal of tartaric acid.
I could enjoy gorgeous first scents of a rum raisin, rich barrel, a pineapple, ripe banana, honey, syrup, apple and orange. Then nuance of minerals, cider, or carbonic acid, and hint of a flint and sulfurous flavor made it rich and very complex.
It started with less sweetness and crispy rich acid. Salty or minerals made after taste hard and rich.
Was it a little early to drink?
