With French cheeses and deserts. Best wine for the price I have tasted in a long time! — 9 years ago
2012 Moulin des Costes — 10 years ago
Enticingly smoky nose with a suave palate entry and some funky white pepper. Light bodied enough to dig in to. Alcohol juts out a bit on the finish, but this is another Languedoc surprise. Cinsault can be quite elegant (in comparison to other southern rhone red varietals). Makes me want to taste pure Cinsault. — 10 years ago
2012 Costes Rouges Marcillac. 100% Fer Servadou. Bright, fruity. Cherry, plum, baking spice. Easy drinking and soft. Delish. — 12 years ago
Flavorful and crisp. Excellent with fish. — 13 years ago
Still a big wine. Needs another 5-7 years in bottle. — 9 years ago
2014. An aromatic, stony, and slightly waxy Chardonnay with flavors of fresh peach and the taste of snickers after the peanut taste has dissipated. Honeysuckle nose. Lip smacking acidity but fleshed out. — 9 years ago
Color groc blat amb ribets daurats, en boca presenta notes minerals blanc, pera madura de Pugcerdà i petites flors blanques, en boca és un vi persistent, amb bona estructura, golós i dens, alhora fàcil de beure. Canviant — 10 years ago
Gotes blanco 2014, Garnacha del Priorato. Correcto, pero no está a la altura del tinto de la casa — 10 years ago
Interesting blend: Crémant grapes but vinified as a still white. Lots of red and golden apples, with a lemony apple peel thing going on. Acacia flowers. Some nice acidity and minerality too. Good value. — 11 years ago
