Несладкая бледная курага, подбродивший ананас, айва, цедра лимона, тонкий след личи, свежие опилки, миндаль, шалфей, полынь, солёная морская вода в послевкусии. Полное, маслянистое тело; хорошая, чуть уступающая объёму кислотность. Чистая и глубокая фруктовость плотно уложена в тонкую корзиночку из песочного теста. Использована только сталь, но мне почему-то мерещится призрак бочки. Ещё молодо, амбициозно, старательно, довольно интересно и с чувством места.

Dark ganet color on the core, dark fig, bit of broody, vegetal, touch of nutmeg and spice with kiss of vanilla aroma on the nose. Med body, med p acid, moderate tannin, silky and delicate texture, touch of red pepper spice..moderate plus finish with sweet fig jam. Yummy.
