Classic and elegant like a diva. Buttery sweet with a pleasant oak. Honeysuckle and a hint of of toasted coconut. Lightly chilled is good instead of ice cold. — 10 years ago
Explosive intense moscatel de Alejandría essence with electrifying and radical fresh acidity. Made as a tokajy style. Unique, mysterious, indescriptible. The best sweet wine made in Spain. — 10 years ago

Vesper martini, cuz we're not that drunk. Nolet's gin (Ketel One) is so key here, please tolerate my diva when I say I just don't drink these without Nolet's. 3 oz. Nolet's gin, 1 oz. Jewel of Russia Ultra vodka (this extravagance can be subbed for decent vodka), 0.5 oz. Lillet Blanc. Shaken, not stirred...the original James Bond martini. — 12 years ago

I'm not the biggest rosé fan. Too bad coz I live in rosé climate. This however was a delight. My friends parents insisted we drink it as its from Bandol an area of Provence known for their rosé. It was dry without the boredom and more structured with a bigger body and tannic without the tart on one hand or sweet on the other. It's a cosmopolitan rosé- enjoyed in NYC, holding its own with political debate or high fashion outfits — 10 years ago
2011, sophisticated sweet. Orange and a hint of abricot. Almond and vanilla. — 10 years ago

Diva wines, Rhone valley. Good right outta the bottle. Not too bold and not flat. Nice round flavor — 11 years ago

Bin 169, second ever bottling.
750ml
Tasting from 2 bottles, same event.
Penfold's first ever vintage of this was 2008.
She's a DIVA. No doubt about it. This is going to be the most intense wine of the night by a long shot. Incredibly dense, concentrated, ripe! Not pruney. Balanced. Incredible wine from Peter Gago!
