Drinking a 2010 vintage in December 2019 and this wine is still drinking quite well and it could be argued that it’s at or near it’s peak. Excellent nose, beautiful color and lasting finish. Pairs well with red meats, stews, soups, cheeses and breads. Also roasted pork dishes that are more flavorful. Glad I bought a case and cellared it for several years. — 6 years ago
