Seemed tannic and a bit watery at first but after breathing was delightful. Cori said at first it was hefty, but a bit less so later. Brandy soaked cherry nose, easy drinking. Also, it's 40 Syrah, 25 carignan, 20 Mourvèdre, 15 cinsault. Just because delectable seems to think its all carignan. I love this wine. — 12 years ago

Lazio IGT 2010, 14.5%, organic grapes. Bottle tasted in January 2015.
Color: intense ruby, rich, with hint of purple.
Nose: ethereal, elegant, deep, spicy, with just a little tar, fumé, bay leaf, incense, very Mediterranean.
Taste: very dry, with elegant tannins, excellent body, quite aromatic. — 11 years ago
