Drinking the 2011 in 2017. Strong tannic nose. Light color, more like a Pinot then a Cab. Slightly cloudy with thin legs. Very nice flavor, rich with sweet berries with an earthy finish. — 8 years ago
2014 still a bit young in early 2017 — 8 years ago
Very good value in a nice smooth, medium bodied red blend. Light tannins makes this great with cheese and lighter pasta and fish. — 9 years ago
cone shape legs, very thick--boozy. peppery bouquet, fruitier than I anticipated. delicious, heavy, well-balanced — 10 years ago

The 2012 is all boom here is the dynamite, black abyss of black flowers inky inky black fruits, ripping tannins, going to have to pull it off coravin and let her breathe. Baller ass PV! — 10 years ago
Yummmm!! Brought to bday weekend by Chris & Jen. — 12 years ago
Aromas of cocoa and cola. Velvety texture with a bright finish. Notes of ripened cherry, wild blueberry, and slight earthiness. Try the 2015 vintage now through the next 5 years! — 7 years ago

2011 Sol Rouge Gypsy Rouge. This month's Gold Label Wine Club Plus wine is a very earthy blend, punctuated by the Grenache. It has an almost metallic finish. It's smooth throughout and I like that the flavor evolves from start to finish. — 9 years ago
Refreshing with citrus notes. High acidity. Great with food. — 10 years ago
Fruit forward, dark cherry, dried herb. Fruit upfront, ripe cherry, texture tannin, dense flavors, structured with good body weight. — 10 years ago
Layers of bright cherry with soft earthy notes. — 10 years ago
Delicious and smooth...fruit forward. — 11 years ago
Got this at Bevmo's cent sale - good wine but surprisingly have had better, less expensive malbecs. Would recommend though - it was good :) — 12 years ago
F’ing A! Not that I have tasted every Carmenere produced in the USA, but if this isn’t in the top 5, I don’t know what is. Big as a cab, in flavor. White pepper, ripe plum, and blackberry notes dominate. Huge for this varietal, could easily age for several years. Yum! — 8 years ago
Greystone Country Club wine tasting. I love this wine! — 8 years ago
Awesome! One of the smoothest wines I've ever had. — 8 years ago
Not syrupy - drinkable as a standard sweet white. Yum! — 9 years ago

Good enough for an evening with just me and a book. Not to overpowering. — 9 years ago
Fantastic Malbec. Big bold taste that would be great with steak, but easy drinking that is also great to just relax with friends. — 10 years ago
