Naughty Sauce Ale

Really unusual. Intense coffee nose and nutty frapaccino with cinnamon on the palate. A nice light dessert beer that Jarad would probably rate a 10. — 10 years ago

Millennium (2000) Trippel Belgian Style Tripped Ale

It was very a very light beer with a distinct crisp sparkling. It was very floral. A very good beer and went down very smoothly. — 10 years ago

Chinook Showers Double IPA

Single hop series, this time with Galaxy bred by those fun-loving Aussies in 1994. I get dank hashish, lemonade, tropical fruit, and freshly mowed lawn. Lightish body and a dry finish, though alcohol contributes a lengthy subtle sweetness. Excellent balance and a pleasure to drink. Galaxy and Nelson are my favorite hops right now; and Noble does them justice; would be educational to taste them side by side. — 11 years ago

Clown Shoes

Hoppy Feet Black India Pale Ale

A pretty good black IPA, not the best in the style, but more like a hopped up proter/stout, rich chocolate, Expresso, roasted malt, very nice, very good hop bitterness works with that sweet malt backbone, but not much on the citrus notes, that is why I stand by it is more like a hopped up proter/stout than a true back IPA, but again, enjoyable — 11 years ago
