Fantastic bottle of wine from 2003. Perfectly aged. Violets on the nose with perfectly balance with a touch of astringency. Soft tannins and garnet colour. What a masterful wine. — 10 years ago

Not too sweet, great peach flavor! I would definitely buy this again! — 13 years ago
A very cool blue fruit expression here with the inky lagrein blended with cab and merlot. I imagine the Merlot and Cab for flesh and body and touch of modernity. I was hoping for this to taste more rustic. Quite slick. Medium bodied. M+ finish. M+ acid. M tannins — 9 years ago
Better than regular moscato. Not as sweet. — 9 years ago

Almost neb reminiscent in aromatics; leather, violets, raspberries, sour cherries, plasticine and dried tobacco. Super red palate with bright acid and med tannins — 10 years ago
Lots of herb and grass. Still need to mellow out. Burly tannins still! — 11 years ago
Six months ago my wife and I toured through Italy. On our trip we shipped home some wines that we loved. Adda, the young lady that helped us in Florence, gave us this bottle as a gift. It's certainly not the best wine we shipped home, but it meant the world to my wife and I. Medium bodied with tart red fruit. Light tannins and lingering acidity on the finish. More important is the memory this bottle brought of our vacation and the kindness of Adda. — 11 years ago
Very smooth? Excellent! — 12 years ago
From a re-discovered ancient local grapes (tazzelenghe is the Friuli tipical slang meaning "tongue-cutter" due to its terrific tannins), this wine found its balance after aging 2 years in oak and several years in bottle. Red/black small fruits and sweet spices at the nose, powerful and fresh on the palate, with licorice and vanilla final flavours. — 12 years ago
