No oak, but still has a creamy mouthfeel. Slight age, not chilled, younger vineyard and grapes, but stands up well, I get volcanic soil, no fruit. — 5 years ago
Peach , apricot . Fresh , good acidity . With a long mineral finish . Organic — 6 years ago
— 7 years ago
This was lovely. Wildly aromatic nose; something of the animal(but not brett), wild herbs, very fresh black fruit. Firm, but not without pleasure. — 7 years ago
This kinda bomb. Tart red apple skin nose. Hazy and just enough fizz. A spicy, leafy middle and refreshing end. Would be dope with a seaside view. — 8 years ago

Classic nose. Huge tar, dark black cherry and black berry, gorgeous rusty tin, earthy and very mineral. Super aromatic. Wow. What finesse and elegance. Superb power and concentration but such a light footed wine for Aglianico. So juicy and elegant with amazing purity and sap. Lovely. Big cherry and dark berry on the palate with refinement and ripe and plentiful tannins. — 5 years ago
Light, smooth, wonderful with seafood, paired with tuna carpaccio — 6 years ago
Great wine at Farina. Tanniny at start, smoothing into fruit. — 7 years ago
This was the middle wine @Dana Kennedy. Lots of different aromas and flavors. Cola @Todd Abrams was the first followed by raisins and cigars. Pretty damn good — 7 years ago

Fresh entry-level wine from one of Bierzo’s most exciting producers, a blend of Palomino Fino and Doña Blanca from old vines rooted on slate and quartzy soils in a vineyard named Frontairo. Dry, aromas of toast and straw. Citrus, saltiness. Good acidity. — 4 years ago
