Very well aged! 2005 Sori Bricco mountain grape opened on 1/3/18! Solid structure, dark fruits, medium tannins, and maturity. Not past its prime! — 6 years ago

Maybe just a touch sharp (might need air), but easy-drinking with dry fruit, and mild tannin and wood. Good value. Case-worthy. — 6 years ago

Maybe one of the best Pinot Grigio's I've had. Full bodied, lingering palate. Full of earthy character and crisp melon. Not your typical Punot Grigio. — 8 years ago
Warm citrus leaf and basil on the nose. Hint of smokiness or even volcanic soil. Lovely round, rich fruit and almond finish. Great structure and pleasing complexity. — 8 years ago
Really fun. Savory funky spicy side of the grape. Nice acids. — 9 years ago
Good with lasagna and better with great people — 10 years ago
A bit of stink. Lovey fruit still but dries quite quickly on the palate. Given the vintage, a good bottle — 6 years ago
Very drinkable Italian red, good w pasta — 6 years ago
Hell yes. Delicate, balanced big refreshing bubbles for summer. This Italian sparkler from the Veneto is comes from master Barolo-maker Livio Sassetti as part of his war against over-sulfured Italian bubbles. Pink pomegranate, candied tangerine peel and guava notes with a hint of plum - from the Merlot, no doubt. Elegant, zesty and flamboyant with an in-your-face creamy finish. Extra-dry spumante, like extra-dry Champagne, is in the range we call "off-dry" in absolute terms. For reference, wine that is still in the absolute dry category can have up to 9 grams of residual sugar; this wine has 12; cocacola clocks in at 110. — 7 years ago
Probably the best under $15 Tuscan I've had. Medium body, fresh cherry, a little herb. Some complexity and pleasant tannins to the finish which is rare for a Sangiovese at this price point. — 8 years ago
Birth year Brunello! Very fine and pale. Soft earthy cherry fruit dominates. Still has spice and interest. Great bottle — 8 years ago
