A sentimental flavor for me as this is how the wines of my childhood tasted. — 9 years ago
Warm citrus leaf and basil on the nose. Hint of smokiness or even volcanic soil. Lovely round, rich fruit and almond finish. Great structure and pleasing complexity. — 9 years ago
Big, dark, layered, delicious with a lot of life left. — 9 years ago

Maybe one of the best Pinot Grigio's I've had. Full bodied, lingering palate. Full of earthy character and crisp melon. Not your typical Punot Grigio. — 9 years ago
Nice fruit and light, not as much tannins, smokiness too, some baking spices maybe. Cherries definitely, not as weighty in the mouth. — 9 years ago
Needs to open, but a complex example of Tempranillo. Fruit comes through, but filtered through oak and vanilla. — 9 years ago
Nice pleasant, well balanced, smooth from the beginning to the end. I like acid start with flavor and peppery and spicy finish in balanced way.. This is it. — 10 years ago

Probably the best under $15 Tuscan I've had. Medium body, fresh cherry, a little herb. Some complexity and pleasant tannins to the finish which is rare for a Sangiovese at this price point. — 9 years ago
Birth year Brunello! Very fine and pale. Soft earthy cherry fruit dominates. Still has spice and interest. Great bottle — 9 years ago
