An excellent wine! Rich cherry jamminess, with just some subtle hints of the bourbon barrel rounding it out. Super smooth. $14.99 from the Trader Joe's on Coleman in San Jose. — 8 years ago
Superb companion to the "Dabney Coleman" NY steak. — 12 years ago
Smooth! Great blend of fruit flavors and tannins. Price was $17.99 too!! — 13 years ago
Not a Pinot Noir for the newbie. More Burgundy, less California with a bouquet of tarragon, cedar, mint, redwood, black cherries, blood orange peel, green olive, sea spray, and smoked game meats. Intense, complex and a real joy for a lover of earthy, terroir-driven Pinots with a character. — 8 years ago
Ron Coleman is the man! Great value! — 10 years ago
Bold maneuver by Joe Swick of co-fermenting Pinot Gris & Noir results in a pleasurable puzzle of a wine, like listening to Ornette Coleman get rid of chord changes, this wines interacts w perceptions at a radical pace. The Pinot Gris actually supplies more tannic chew that buzzes on the palate while the Noir presents a folk melody structure to wrap your mind around. The collision is rather haunting, and I can't wait to understand how it goes with food in surprising ways. I'm gonna glass this sucker at Americano! — 10 years ago

Bought @ Eatley. good return to drinking wine worth its grapes. Listened to "damn time" discussing wedding shower, career, FOCCUS. Idyllic summer night Chicago. Aldi steaks...maybe a touch over done on Coleman camp grill. — 8 years ago
Ken thinks Emerson Coleman and David Decker would enjoy this wine... I certainly did! Thank you Kenny and Noreen! — 10 years ago

More of the French style and flavor profile than most Oregon pinots but still undeniably willamette. Very enjoyable with more muted fruits and pronounced earthiness. Wish I had more than the one bottle left. — 8 years ago
