Hennessy Richard. 40 - 200 year old eaux du vie in the blend. Amber-Brown in the glass. Super soft on the palate with a big caramel note. No detectable alcohol flavors. Nice nutmeg and spice on the finish. Impeccable. — 9 years ago
Dried fruits, caramel, marzipan, floral with small hints of ginger on the nose. So smooth and luscious with a dry cinnamon finish. — 9 years ago

Citrus peel nose. Orange / tangerine. Soft and giving on the palate and creamy on the palate. Elegant. No heat on the finish. Probably the best expression of VS Cognac I've tried. — 9 years ago
Transcendent. Massive flavors of dried dates, toffee, caramel. Just the right amount of sweetness. Insane length on the finish. World class. — 9 years ago
Burnt caramel and vanilla, med body. Sweetness at the start but long dry finish. — 9 years ago
Wine distilled down to it's finest. Aromatic and gentle on the palate. Have to buy some more. — 9 years ago

In the bitter cold and snow, the best word for this XO is "elixir". Magical medicine for a budding cold, orange rind and apricot, burnt almond. Aren't enough O's in "smooth" for this stuff. — 8 years ago
